Welcome!

First Post! I am excited to officially start Long Dog Woodworks and share my projects with anyone interested. For a quick intro, I am a software developer with a passion for woodworking and design, if you are interested in my background head over to About for a few more details.

For a while I have been making furniture for myself and doing a few custom pieces for friends and family. I love the design that goes into a piece for myself, but really enjoy collaborating with others and producing something that they will use and love for years to come. This drove me to create Long Dog as a way to share my work and give others a way to get in touch if they have ideas or designs in mind that they would like to see come to life.

Going forward I will use these posts as a way to share shop updates, current projects, design ideas and news.
